    Directions

    1. 1. Cut the chicken into pieces and remove the skin. Roll the chicken in saffron.
    2. 2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the skin. The mushrooms should not be too big since they will be cooked whole.
    3. 3. Place the chicken and mushrooms in a dutch oven. Add the salt, pepper, garlic, shallots, and parsley. Add water and simmer for about 3 hours.
