I have been searching for a recipe for mushroom and chicken skewers that was quick and easy to do; now I have found it. This recipe is embodied with tons of flavors, juicy goodness, and tender chicken. The mushrooms were a real treat and set the entire dish off. Giving this recipe 4 stars and thinking about preparing them again.
