- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 chicken breast (half, skinless and deboned)
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 2 pita breads (medium)
- cheddar cheese (grated)

Directions
- In a saucepan, heat the butter on medium heat and saute the mushrooms for about 5 minutes.
- Season the chicken with salt and black pepper. Place in another saucepan, and cook until golden brown on both sides. Let the chicken cool and cut into strips.
- On top of the pita bread, add the mushrooms, chicken, cheese and place in a skillet. Cover and cook until the cheese melts.
- Serve immediately.
