Ingredients

250 grams mushrooms (Paris)
30 grams butter
4 chicken breasts
200 grams cheese (maroilles)
600 grams potatoes (cooked ratte)
chives

Directions

1Wash the mushrooms, cut in slices, cook over high heat in a pan with 15 gr. butter.
2Set aside.
3Cut the chicken in small pieces, and the maroilles in small cubes.
4Heat another pan with the remaining butter, brown the chicken, stirring regularly. Add the cooked mushrooms and half the maroilles. Stir on low heat to melt cheese.
5Turn oven on to broil, place potatoes in an oven-proof plate with the chicken.
6Cut the remaining maroilles cheese in thin slices and place on the chicken.
7Brown in the oven for about 4 to 5 minutes.
8Garnish with chopped chives.
