Definitely go with a lighter soy sauce. I made this as per the instructions but only had what I had for soy sauce. It was good. One of the better stir fries I've made, but will have to get a lighter sauce as it was a tad salty.

This was a quick, easy, and tasty recipe. I added a few cloves of garlic, but otherwise kept the rest of the recipe as is. Everyone enjoyed it, including the kids. I will make this again.

I really liked this. My only complaint is that I would have liked more variety of vegetables & cashews in my stir fry, so I added what I wanted & just doubled the sauce to make sure I had enough. It worked out great.

My family loved it. I doubled the recipe & added snow peas, bean sprouts, cabbage, & water chestnuts. I didn't have fresh ginger so I added ginger powder. Turned out great. ❤️

the broccoli to onion ratio is a little low. i figure 3 cups broccoli to half an onion would be better. the sauce is on point with the perfect blend of sweet and salty. i substituted the seaseme oil for olive oil and didn't use the seeds also due to alergies
