Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded into large pieces)
  • 2 avocado (medium, diced)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (fresh squeezed)
  • salt (to taste, I didn't use too much salt because you can always add more at the table.)
  • 1/4 cup green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro (finely, or chop it more coarsely if you prefer)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (or light mayo)
