  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded)
  • 15 ounces chick peas (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 cup seedless cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise (Hellmann's® or Best Foods Organic Original)
  • 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cups baby spinach leaves (loosely packed)

Directions

  1. Combine chicken, chick peas, cucumber, feta, Hellmann's® Organic Original, mint, onion and lemon juice in large bowl. Add spinach and toss gently.
