- 1. In small bowl, combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise, sour cream, green onions, basil, lemon juice, salt and lemon peel. Chill until ready to serve. 2. In 10-inch skillet, bring 1/2 cup water to a boil. Add asparagus; cover and cook 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool. 3. In large salad bowl, combine greens, chicken and tomatoes. Arrange salad mixture on plates; top with asparagus. To serve, spoon dressing over each salad. Also terrific with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise.
