Ingredients

  • 5 chicken wings (frozen)
  • 3 lettuce leaves (in bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 tomato (sliced into wedges)
  • 1/2 pickle (sliced)
  • 1/2 carrot (grated)
  • caesar dressing

Directions

  1. Cook the wings according to the instructions on the package.
  2. In a salad bowl, add the lettuce, tomato, pickles, and carrot. Place the chicken on top and pour dressing over the chicken.

Wings are one of those meats that seem to be so versatile. I loved this salad and served it at a BBQ at my house last summer. Those who were eating light seemed to love the tangy combinations. I omitted the pickles, but that was just personal preference.
