    It was pretty good.. We did it on a bed of rice with steamed broccoli on the side. we had to substitute sake with rice wine vinegar and honey with maple syrup and it came out good. I would have loved a little bit thicker of a sauce to cover my rice, but I didnt deduct a star for that. Will probably cook again using sake and honey as well for next time!

    Very easy to make. Tasted fantastic. Will not buy store bought sauce again, this recipe is far better.

    Very nice, I used different sherries instead of those sauces I didn't own, very tasty but up the quantity of sherry by 50%. Tasty dish, will re-visit again.

    Definitely don't make it in a cast iron. learned our lesson there. otherwise it was good and smelled delicious while making it.

    I didn’t have some of the ingredients for the sauce but followed the directions for the rest. Yes cooking the chicken on high heat with the sauce was questionable...

    Very good! I made extra serving of the teriyaki sauce so I could drizzle it over the chicken and rice!
    It was very easy and quick. If you like it sweet use a touch more honey. Don't forget to steam some broccoli with it.

    lovelovelove it! Highly recommended. Easy to make. Ingredients were all readily available in my local grocery store. My mom says that it tastes, "restaurant quality." And she's my mom, so she's probably right. 😁
