  • 1 chicken
  • 1 cup dried apricot
  • 1 cup pineapple (canned)
  • 2 onions
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • cinnamon
  • saffron
  • salt (to taste)


  1. 1Cut the chicken into pieces.
  2. 2Soak the dried apricots in water for about 30 minutes until they swell, then drain.
