Good! Sautéed chicken with onions, added spices while cooking (http://allrecipes.com/recipe/46653/taco-seasoning-i/) -- made taco seasoning from scratch. Also used Portuguese queijonho fresco instead of regular Mexican cheese. Loved the cheese! And added guacamole and mango salsa.
