  • 6 ounces chicken (Stove Top, flavor s)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water
  • 10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cups cut-up cooked chicken
  • 10 ounces mixed vegetables (thawed)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place contents of vegetable/seasoning packet (from stuffing mix) and butter in a bowl. Add hot water. Stir in partially melted butter. Add stuffing crumbs. Stir gently to mix.
  2. Mix soup and milk in a 2 quart casserole dish. Stir in chicken and vegetables. Spoon stuffing over chicken mixture. Bake for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly and brown.
