It was tasty! I had celery and carrots in the fridge and wanted to find a different dish to make than the standard chicken noodle soup. I substituted a couple of ingredients - rice vinegar for sake and a packet of chicken flavoured gravy mix, and chicken breast for thighs. Doing it again I would cut the celery and carrots much smaller - like the Japanese do. Otherwise very satisfied with this dish!
