Delicious and quick. Substituted Italian sausage for the apple sausage.

Added a siracha / soy / brown sugar sauce to this dish and it turned out great! Finished with a sprinkle of crushed roasted (unsalted) peanuts on top for a bit of crunch
They didn't have the shredded brussels so I had to clean and shred the whole ones. Along with shredding the cabbage, it was a pretty tedious time consuming task. The apple didn't add anything. It was tasty enough but I needed to make another side dish because it wasn't enough for a completely satisfying meal. Won't make again but thanks for the recipe.

I will add more apple next time.

So incredibly flavorful! I used cumin instead of caraway seeds, and coconut oil onstead of avacado oil. I've used both chicken sausage and mild italian sausage and they were both great.

I enjoyed this. I added Apple cider vinegar as recommended by others. I sautéed the onions separately so they would caramelize which wouldn’t happen if I had them mixed in with everything else. The flavors were really nice all around.

Delicious recipe! Added a little apple cider vinegar for more of a bite!

I really enjoyed this recipe. I mixed in about 1/2 tbsp of horseradish mustard since other reviews said it was a bit bland. Turned out great in my opinion.

I'd agree with other commenters who said this was a bit bland, but that can be easily remedied with spices. (Asian sounds lovely... any excuse for some gochujang is great in my book.) We decided that next time we would like to dice some potatoes and cook them until crisp (either in a sheet pan or a skillet) and then combine together. Would give a nice textural note and also make the dish a little bit heartier for dinner.

We read reviews saying this was bland, so we added Asian flavor. We added soy sauce and sesame oil to the pan during cooking. We added kimchi and pickled mustard greens on the side to use as condiments. We couldn't find chicken sausage, so we used hot Italian turkey sausage. It turned out delicious.

I made this recipe because it looked fast and easy, and it was, but definitely not a super tasty dish. I would say it was downright bland. We ate it because we were hungry, but it really lacked something...maybe a shot of grainy dijon stirred in? Doubt I will give this recipe a second go.
