Ingredients

  • 300 grams chicken (cooked and shredded)
  • 300 grams frozen mixed vegetables
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon bouillon
  • salt
  • 12 zucchini (mini round)

Directions

  1. Mix the chicken with the vegetables, mayonnaise, bouillon, and salt together in a bowl.
  2. Place 2 cups of water to boil, and then add the zucchini for 3 minutes.
  3. Drain and let cool for 5 minutes. Cut a circle about 4 centimeters wide in the top of each zucchini with a sharp knife, and scoop out the insides.
  4. Fill the zucchinis with the chicken salad.
