It's a simple chicken salad that has a spicy kick. I serve this on mini-bagels and my friends go nuts for it. I have made it for baby showers, weddings and even my sister's graduation party. I run my salad through the food processor for an even consistency in the spread. Throw in some apples, grapes, nuts or raisins for an extra kick.
