- 1 medium carrot
- 1 onion (small)
- 1 Orange
- olive oil (for vinaigrette)
- coarse salt (for vinaigrette)
- balsamic vinegar (for vinaigrette)
- feta cheese (for garnish)
- basil leaves (for garnish)
