This dish was very delicious

It was excellent. I added a can of corn and cilantro, And half of an onion that I sautéed before I Added it to the soup and I doubled the whole recipe. I also left out the celery due to an allergy. It was very good.

I doubled the rice and that was a bad idea stick to the recipe and it will be awesome!
