Simply.... WOW. I added a twist for a heathy option and omitted cumin and sauce. Made it on a panini grill with pam as oil... boiled ck so its softer. season tomato, peppers and onion with a bit of lemon and salt anddddd added a bit of serrano chile for some heat hehe. Will make again!!!

Turned out great! We picked the veggies we had on hand and shredded some chicken. Easy meal tvat took 30 min max.
