- 4 potatoes (Medium Sized cut into 3/4" cube, russet, white, and red are all good choices, no need to peel)
- 1 tablespoon garlic (Minced)

It smelled great but something was off. The potatoes needed extra time and the chicken was not that great. I would cook the chicken on the pan as I always do, boil the potatoes to cook halfway through, and then add the to a baking dish and bake them for a few just for the crip oven taste. I would not add the mozarella cheese because of the wierd gooey texture, I cannot tell if I’m biting raw chicken or cheese/chicken. I had to add 10 extra minutes after it was cooked and was afraid of drying the chicken, even then the potatoes were not soft. As for the leftover, I might reheat them on a pan with a bit of butter.

Great! 👍🏻 I seasoned everything over the top with garlic salt and it was done in about half an hour; served it with fresh chopped salad 🥗

It turned out great. I kept it in longer because I cooked bone in chicken thighs and I felt this recipe could have used mushrooms. It was tasty though and the kids ate it!

This came out amazing! Family loved it! Had it with some roasted brocolli. Added a little extra garlic and will keep potatoes in for 20 minutes initially as mine cound have been a little more tender.

I make this often. I use Yukon Gold potatoes with skin, and I use whatever shredded cheese(s) that I have on-hand at the time. My family loves this dish!
