Easy and delicious. I substituted some of the ingredients based on what I had taking up space in my kitchen and it still turned out great.

This dish is bomb dot com. Followed the directions and it turned out great. My Boyfriend really liked it too...and unless it's his mother cooking he is a picky eater, so woohoo.
