  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup pesto sauce
  • 1 cup roasted chicken (cut into 2-inch pieces)
  • 1/4 cup roasted red pepper (sliced into 3-inch thin strips)
  • 1/8 red onion (sliced thin)
  • 1 Roma tomato (sliced thin)
  • 1 tablespoon gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/2 cup Gruyere cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

    Directions

    1. Place the Smart Oven+ Grill Attachment in oven. Select GRILL Mode and preheat Grill to High heat setting.
    2. Roll out raw pizza dough on a countertop approximately 12 inches in diameter.
    3. Once the grill is preheated, lower the temperature setting to Medium, and partially bake the pizza dough on the preheated Grill Attachment for about 4 minutes until it is a light golden color. Carefully remove the dough from the oven with a pizza peel or flat baking sheet. Return the Grill Attachment to the oven, so it stays at temperature.
