  • 1 onion (chopped finely)
  • 1 clove garlic (chopped finely)
  • 1 stick celery (de-strung and chopped finely)
  • 1 green pepper (cored and diced)
  • 10 grams salted butter
  • 1/2 ground black pepper (a tsp)
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 295 grams condensed cream of chicken soup (can of Batchelor's)
  • 250 milliliters skimmed milk (I used goat milk)
  • 1 tablespoon PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chicken (Knorr reduced salt, granules, stock powder)
  • 2 tablespoons petits pois (frozen)
  • 300 grams penne pasta
  • 125 grams mozzarella ball (sliced)
  • 150 grams mature cheddar cheese

    Directions

    1. Two thirds fill a large saucepan with water and put on to boil over a high heat.
    2. Heat the olive oil in a large, deep frying pan over a high heat and add the onion, garlic, celery and pepper. Make sure to stir the contents regularly so as not to allow them to brown, but cook until the onion is transparent and the celery & pepper have softened.
    3. Add the black pepper and stir through.
