Ingredients

  • 12 ounces chicken breast meat (can of, drained, or you could use rotisserie chicken or leftover chicken)
  • 1 can mandarin orange segments (drained)
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1/2 package pasta (squiggly colored, cooked and drained)
  • 1 apple (chopped – I used a granny smith)
  • 2 stems celery (cleaned and chopped)
  • 1 handful pecans (roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 shredded cheese (– I used cheddar)
  • 1 tablespoon mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Miracle Whip
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt (Lawry’s)
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds (with more for topping – or you can use sesame seeds)
