  • 2 cloves garlic (finely minced, I use a microplane)
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs (italian)
  • 2 eggs (beaten with a dash of milk)

Cooked 20 min @ 450 F, then put 2 rounds fresh sliced mozarella on each breast along with whole jar of quality marinara, returned to oven for 15 min or until cheese melted and browned. Served over vermicelli, with garlic bread. Tasty.
