  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
  • 16 ounces rigatoni pasta (small/medium sized)
  • 24 ounces pasta sauce (your favorite Marinara, I love Delallo's)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

I added some garlic, chicken spices and butter as well while cooking the chicken. The Italian dressing was a really nice touch. Overall, I’d make it again, it was easy and tasty.

Quick easy and delicious
It was amazing. I seasoned my chicken to give it a bit more flavor and my skillet was to small so i had to bake it and it came out awesome especially when i added the cheese and Parmesan. I also topped it with parsley to give it a finished look. UH MAY ZINGGGG

Will definitely put in regular rotation. added extra seasoning to the chicken and lots (lots!) of fresh basil. also used up extra goat and feta cheeses which added a bit of complexity. next time will add more garlic. cooked in cast iron dutch oven and was pleasantly surprised that the 2c of water was just right

This is a staple in my house. We did change a couple things to our liking but not too much. We use ground beef instead of chicken and 2 jars of sauce and half a jar of water...we love sauce here. I still put in the Italian dressing after I cook and drain the fat. this really is such an easy recipe to play with. It is easy to change up by using a diffent style sauce so it never gets boring. Love it.

Quick and easy weeknight recipe! Made more than enough to serve 6-8 people and tastes awesome. I did allow my pasta to boil about 8 minutes longer than the recipe calls for but other than that the recipe needed no tweaking. Making this again soon.

This is a great weeknight dinner! It's so easy to make if you can't cook, but know how to follow SIMPLE directions. It's so quick which is great for people who work during the week. The salad dressing makes the chicken taste SO much better I would have never thought of it!

super easy to make, maybe adjusting the pasta/ sauce ratio will help with the cooking of the pasta. Chicken tasted juicy and loved the dressing idea

Good I would add a little bit more seasoning.. Perhaps some parsley or tarragon, they both go well with basil.
