It was a nice change up from my “go to” turkey or beef meatballs. My husband loved them and I thought they we delicious well. I will be making them again and adding them to the rotation!

These are so good and easy! Made them recently for my 13 month old son (and husband and me) and husband said I can’t make them anymore because he doesn’t want to share them with our son because they’re so good! Son can’t eat the mozzarella right now (too chewy) so next time I will make some without for him. They also freeze well. Tomorrow I am making them for a party!

Absolutely DELICIOUS! I used Mozzarella pearls. Basically wrapping the chicken mixture around the Mozzarella pearls; putting the remaining mixture on top. I topped with the Marinara sauce & freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

I made this in a casserole instead of muffins. It was good, but a little salty with the cheese and additional salt.

Excellent and my 2yr old granddaughter loved them. I am lazy so I made a double batch. Mixed 2 cups of shredded mozzarella /provolone and 1 cup tomato sauce into the chicken, spice and Panko. Came out great
