We modified the recipe slightly adding in a few more veggies, citrus and plenty of cheese. The flavors were complex and rich. Perfect for a date night!

Yum! I added extra water because I used 4 oz more pasta. I also used my "Instant Pot!" I will make this again.

It ended up being tastier than I thought it would. My family all enjoyed it as well including my 2 and 5 year old. Looking forward to finding out what the leftovers taste like tomorrow.

I left out the chicken, basil, and red pepper flakes and this turned out to be the best pasta side dish I have ever made. My husband loved it as well. Instead of chopping tomatoes, I just used the diced tomatoes I had in the cupboard. Highly recommend!
