Turned out great, but browning the chicken before baking doesnt require the full 4 minutes. I just did about a minute on each side and it was fine.

This was absolutely delicious! I paired it with oven roasted Brussel Sprouts and oven roasted Red Potatoes with rosemary and parsley and baked multigrain french bread that I picked up from Kroger’s bakery. I like the bread you have to bake. I spread butter on the bread sprinkle a little garlic and top with mozzarella back at 350 for 10 min. It’s perfect! This Parmesan Chicken was so good and easy to make. I made it on a Sunday after church but this is so easy to do you could definitely do it on a week night even with busy schedules and kids. This is a keeper for us and was decided on during dinner to put it in rotation on the family menu. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!!
