Super tasty and fairly easy. It came out great! Next time I'd add more heat...maybe some Asian Chili Garlic sauce to spice it up.

Really good - doubled the sauce and left out the fish sauce (just my preference) and it was easy and delicious!

Delicious! I added garlic Chile paste to the sauce instead of red pepper flakes. I also added shrimp. Family loved it!

I loved it! I didn't add the lime juice though and used 1/3 cup of soy sauce and brown sugar. I used 2tbsp of fish sauce and rice vinegar. I also seasoned my chicken with salt, ground ginger, and pepper

It turned out well :) I was very impressed by how close the flavor was to the real deal! Takes me back to Bangkok! A suggestion is to add chili as an option, as it’s a very important part of the traditional dish 🤙

Interesting recipe but we were disappointed because it definitely does not taste like pad Thai. To be fair, she does call it an Americanized version in the blog so you can’t expect it to taste exactly like the real thing but this sadly wasn’t even close to the pad Thai we are use to, so it will not work as a substitute for what we can get up the street. There is also not enough sauce so I’d recommend doubling it if you want to try this out for yourself.

Delicious! Quick and easy to make with minimal chopping. Amount of sauce was fine for me but I would modify with slightly more lime and fish sauce next time.
