I love this soup! I make it frequently. It’s so simple to make with the rotisserie chicken the noodles listed in the recipe are especially good. The extra seasonings make a difference. I love taking this to work for lunch or making it for dinner.

Very tasty, however there wasn’t enough broth. I used the 48 oz and even added 2 cups and it turned out very chunky! Next time I will double the broth.

This was amazing. Reminded me of my mums when i was a kid. Though i put a litre of chicken stock and half a litre of vege stock, it was really good.

I didn’t use use any olive oil, just a little bit of extra butter, and it still came out really tasty. I also used garlic salt that helped as well.
