This is such an easy way to make delicious chicken noodle soup. Cooking chicken in the soup, then pulling it out to shred it is such an awesome idea.

Great recipe! Easy to follow too. I added 1 large potato to make hearty. Only complaint would that when the soup sits overnight the noodles soak up the water, so either add more water while cooking or every time you heat it up afterwards.

This was such a good recipe, so flavorful without a ton of work. I used a rotisserie chicken instead and just let the chicken soak as long as the carrots and celery and it’s amazing!

This is really the best chicken soup recipe I've had. I make it low salt and it still tastes amazing. I used my instant pot on saute first to soften the garlic and onions, then added no salt broth, spices, whole chicken breast, carrots and celery and the cooking time was a ridiculous 8 minutes. After pressure release, shredded the chicken and added noodles, put the pot back on saute and cooked another 6-7 minutes without pressure. Super fast and super tasty.

It turned out really good. The only real complaint I have was that it wasn’t enough broth in the soup by the end. I added some more water and salt but next time I’ll add an extra cup or two.

It was very good. The kids, who hated the look of it, even loved it. I added a couple handful of sweet peas to it and cut back to half a stalk of celery for personal preference.
