Recipe does not tell me how long to steam the cabbage rolls nor does it tell me how to make the dipping sauce shown in the picture

great healthy side recipe. make sure you use large nappa leaves to avoid breaking them while wrapping.

I had leftover Napa from another recipe and they made great dumpling wrappers. I used tuna in my dumplings because that’s what I had on hand and it turned out nicely.
