Ingredients

150 grams whole wheat spaghetti
cooking oil (spray)
1/3 cup onions (chopped)
1 poblano chilies (roasted, peeled, and in strips)
1 clove garlic, fine chop
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
1/3 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
salt
ground black pepper
2 chicken breasts (thinly sliced)
cooking oil (spray)

Directions

1Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.
2While the pasta is cooking, season the breadcrumbs with salt and pepper to taste. Cover the chicken on both sides with the breadcrumbs.
3Spray a skillet with cooking oil, and place over medium heat. Once it is hot, add the chicken and cook on both sides. Remove and set aside.
4Spray another skillet with cooking oil and add the onion and poblano pepper. Cook until the onion becomes transparent. Add the garlic and cook for 2 more minutes.
5Add the pasta, cream, and cheese. Stir until the ingredients are mixed and remove from the stove.
6Serve the chicken with the pasta on top.
