I put a little more cream and a little less wine, turned out perfectly!
recipe calls for way too much wine and was not creamy enough.

I made a large amount and the whole family loved it. Made it with 3 lbs of chicken thighs. I will definitely make it again.

I made this and it was really good. it was just way to much wine for my liking. I'll make it again but adjust the amount of marsala.

I’ve never had this dish before. This recipe is pretty tasty. Even though I forgot to bread the chicken. I did a quick fix and just added some breadcrumbs to the chicken after it was already in the pan. Served with penne pasta. A great addition to the family menu.

4 stars for the sauce and overall flavor. Minus one star for coooking the breaded chicken in the sauce. All of the beautiful crispiness of course came off after 30 minutes of simmering in wine sauce. I trusted the recipe instead of my instincts. Next time I'll make the chicken separately, bake it, or not bread it as much before putting into the sauce. Still great flavor! Added chicken stock to make the sauce go further because there wasn't left after the whole cooking process.

It bit too advanced for me, but I still gave it a shot. It turned out really well! The recipe was a bit too vague and I had to google some things, but I’ll definitely be making this again.

It was alright, the portions of the ingredients is off, I would say use half or a quarter of the wine, and rather than beating the chicken breasts just cut them in half. Other than that it was delicious and the sauce is sooo yummy over top of a bed of rice

Absolutely loved it!! This is now my go to chicken or any meat Marsala recipe. I did tweak it a little and added a little more cream and some corn starch to slightly thicken the sauce (but not much) I also quadrupled the sauce and mushrooms so we could put it over our pasta too ! It was to die for!!! Thanks!

Delicious! I started out following the recipe, but now adjust the wine, cream and garlic to taste.

This is a tasty meal -- I certainly won't say otherwise -- and I enjoyed the mushroom + marsala sauce; boyfriend liked it quite a bit. However, it's not an insignificant amount of effort, and so it's unlikely to be in my regular dinner repertoire -- and this recipe, at least, doesn't seem to quite fit in my fancy-night dinner repertoire. For someone with a bigger passion for chicken marsala, or a bit more patience with staging dinner, this is a good, tasty meal that seems pretty hard to screw up, at least.
