  • 3 tablespoons green onion (; chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (; minced)
  • 1 head Boston Bibb lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar (we used rice vinegar, not sure if it’s the same)
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon hot mustard
  • 2 teaspoons hot chili sauce (we used Sriracha brand)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
