  • 2 tortilla wraps (large)
  • 2 red bell peppers (small, sliced)
  • 1 green pepper (sliced)
  • 1/2 red onion (sliced)
  • 4 slices cheddar (sharp)
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 salad (used for the wrap, 1 saved for a, for lunch)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 lime (divided)
  • 2 teaspoons salt

    Directions

    1. In a small bowl mix together the cayenne pepper, cumin, oregano, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Add in the juice from 1/2 a lime.
    2. Slather the seasoning all over the chicken and allow to sit in the fridge, covered for 3-4 hours.
    3. Remove the chicken from the fridge and allow to sit out for 15 minutes.
