    Tasty and spicy soup. I modified it on accident and it turned out great. I didn't have rotisserie chicken, so I added chicken to the onions, peppers, garlic and jalapeno (I forgot the carrots and celery, which I didn't miss). Instead of blending everything together, I just added all the tomatoes and kept the soup chunky. Good stuff.
