  • 1 pasta dough
  • 2 chicken breasts (finely chopped)
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons Madras curry
  • ricotta cheese (optional)
  • cream (20 cl. liquid)
  • milk (10 cl.)
  • 3 tablespoons Madras curry
  • salt (to taste)
  • ground black pepper (to taste)
  • gruyere cheese (grated)


  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Using a cookie cutter, cut out pasta dough.
  3. Mix the raw chicken breasts, onion, and curry together.
  4. For a softer ravioli, add ricotta.
  5. Stuff the pasta dough and close the ravioli.
  6. Place the ravioli in a baking dish.
  7. In a bowl, whisk the cream, milk, and curry.
  8. Add salt and pepper and mix.
  9. Pour on top of the ravioli.
