    Great, fast and easy Indian curry dish that I make regularly! My husband loves it too! I do add more salt to taste though

    Was hoping for the curry you get in Thai restaurants. This was pretty runny and that was after I added corn starch to thicken it up. Its defiantly more of a curry soup. can barely taste the coconut.
