This was quick, easy and very flavorful. I used unsweetened coconut milk, not sure if that was correct or not but it sure did lower the calorie content when I added it all up. I put this over zucchini noodles for a low-carb volume bump, delicious!

Really good ! I try to make it regularly

So flavorful. So easy. The only thing I changed was adding a finely sliced jalapeno to the onion and garlic step... Krysta likes her chicken spicy LOL A new recipe to add to the mix... thank you!

It came out pretty good. Added a little crushed ginger and a little sugar because it had a bitter edge. My daughter loved it. Going to teach her how to make it.

Pretty good! Added frozen peas and carrots about 30 min before serving, but otherwise followed instructions. Good flavor.

Cooked to the basic recipe however I added a large zucchini and 2 button squash. BEAUTIFUL!

Delicious could use a little more flavor, so might try heavier on spices and salt next time. Also liquid from tomatoes and spinach made curry thinner than desired. Maybe less tomato?

I put potatos to make the sauce thicker and used a bit of cooking cream instead of coconut oil. super delicious!

Super easy recipe to make. We like our food a little on the spicy side so we did the full 2 Tbs of curry and added red pepper flakes for extra heat.

Really simple and tasty dish. I think it could be a bit bland if not seasoned well but if you get that right it's delicious and most importantly for me, easy!

It turned out great. Added some chili to spice it a bit. Also I suggest adding the spinach and leave them to cook for a maximum of 5 minutes for a better result.
