Pretty good. Didn’t have any pizza sauce so I used 4-cheese pasta sauce. No toppings because I wanted to see what the base was like. Came out tasting like chicken parm, and not in a bad way. Leftovers, a little on the chewy side.
Great substitute if you’re on Keto, or for bariatric patients with a craving!
