  • 3 cups chicken (finely shredded, cooked of course)
  • 1 cup bechamel (really thick, – you can get this in a packet, or make your own. Just make sure it’s really REALLY thick!)
  • diced ham (a handful of finely, or bacon lardons, optional)
  • 1 handful flour (on a plate for coating)
  • 1 glug milk (to this helps keep it light too.)
  • breadcrumbs (for coating – about 100 grams should do it)
