Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 3 green onions
  • 3 centimeters ginger (peeled)
  • 4 tablespoons coriander
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 natural yogurt
  • 8 tablespoons almonds (powder)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • salt
  • olive oil

Directions

  1. 1Chop the chicken breasts.
  2. 2Chop the onions, ginger, and coriander.
  3. 3In a bowl mix the egg, yogurt, 4 tablespoons of almond powder, curry powder, lemon juice, chicken, and a little bit of salt.
  4. 4Stir, cover, and marinate for 1 hour in a cool place.
  5. 5Pour 4 tablespoons of almond powder in a plate.
  6. 6Make the croquettes with the chopped chicken, and roll them in the almond powder.
  7. 7Heat the olive oil in the pan, and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes until golden.
  8. 8Turn over halfway through the cooking time.
  9. 9Sprinkle with curry powder, and serve with a salad.
