  • 8 mozzarella (Farm Rich, Sticks)
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved, I used a combo of red and yellow)
  • 4 tablespoons fresh basil (chopped)
  • 6 chicken tenders (boneless, about 2 boneless chicken breasts)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup vinaigrette (herb, I used store-bought)
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian herbs
  • salt
