Had to alter due to everyone's taste and lack of some ingredients. I didn't use the mushrooms, I used apple cider vinegar, instead of wine. I used sesame oil instead olive oil. Regular onions instead of scallions and a bit of ginger. This is a great base recipe for stir fried cabbage.

It was great !! Tomorrow night will be the fifth time I have fixed this dish. My daughter is a cabbage convert because of this recipe. It has become her favorite stir fry entree. She also thinks she does not like peppers, but I use yellow peppers and they blend in, so she doesn't notice. Score one for mom :)

This was wonderful and the leftovers were even better the next day!!! Of course, I added more garlic than called for. LOL

Loved it. Simple. Delicious. I didn't have smoked paprika so I used regular paprika. I'll bet it is even better with the smoked variety.
