  • 4 buns
  • lettuce

    Directions

    1. Grind the chicken in the processor. Add to a large bowl along with the cornflakes, onion, tarragon, 4 tablespoons cranberry sauce, and the egg white. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
    2. Form into burgers and fry in a hot skillet spritzed with cooking spray until well cooked on both sides.
    3. Slice the buns in half, fill with lettuce, slices of tomato, slices of cheese, and the hamburgers. Top with the additional cranberry sauce and serve.
