Chicken burgers are all the rage. I like this recipe but I had to make a few adjustments. I used bread crumbs instead of cornflakes, and I also left out the tarragon. Putting goat cheese and cranberries with the chicken patty is out of the world good. The fact that this is so much better for us than a hamburger also has its perks. We are always dieting around our house, yet we don’t want to feel like we are being deprived either. This works well into our family's meal planning.
