Ingredients

2 1/2 chicken breasts (skinned, boneless, ground)
1 garlic cloves (finely chopped, and another peeled)
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese (ground)
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons parsley (finely chopped)
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
salt
ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 burger buns
4 lettuce leaves (sliced)
1 tomatoes (sliced)
caesar salad dressing (as desired)
1/2 package french fri frozen
6 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon chili peppers (arbol, ground)
salt
1/2 teaspoon steak seasoning (grill)
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoons onions (finely chopped)
1 clove garlic, fine chop
3 tomatoes (cooked, blended)

Directions

1Mix the chicken breasts, finely chopped garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, parsley, and salt and black pepper to taste in a large bowl.
2Form the burgers using your hands, then place them on a hot skillet at medium-high flame greased with olive oil, and grill until they obtain a golden brown color on both sides.
3Cut open the burger buns, toast them, and spread the peeled garlic clove over the crust.
4Place a chicken burger on each burger bun, then tomato and lettuce on top. Spread Caesar dressing on the sandwich and place the other bun on top.
5Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
6Place the frozen potatoes on a cooking tray and bake until they are golden brown.
7Turn off the oven, spread the Parmesan cheese on the potatoes, and let them sit in the oven until the cheese is golden brown.
8Mix the remaining Parmesan cheese, salt to taste, grill steak seasoning, and black pepper in a small bowl.
9Remove the potatoes from the oven, place them in a large bowl, and mix them with the small bowl dressing.
10Heat one tablespoon olive oil in a skillet at medium flame. Add the onions and garlic and stir until the onions look transparent.
11Add the blended tomatoes and boil for 5 minutes while stirring constantly.
12Serve the chicken burgers with baked potatoes and marinara sauce.
