Ingredients

  • 1 pound Tyson® Ground Chicken
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (fresh, chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    Directions

    1. In a shallow bowl combine the flour, parsley and paprika. Set aside.
    2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, Panko bread crumbs, cayenne pepper sauce, sage, salt and pepper. Form into 6 patties.
    3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Dust patties on both sides with the flour mixture. Cook patties 6-8 minutes per side or until lightly browned and cooked through.

    I would make it again. The only thing I did differently is I put some different seasoning in my flour with a little bit of buttermilk and mixed it. I also dunked the patties in buttermilk first. I also only got 5 patties out of the 1lb of ground chicken.
